Presentation and Publication

The paper length is limited to 8 pages. All submitted papers must be strictly prepared following the publication guidelines.

Up to two additional pages are permitted at extra charge (50€/page) that will be due during registration after notification of paper acceptance.

Decision on the paper acceptance will be provided by February 26, 2023. During initial submission, two different types of papers “label” can be chosen:

a) regular paper – the paper is written and will be presented by researchers from postdoc level upwards;

b) student paper – the first author and the presenter is a student. All papers will be considered for awards (best research paper or best application paper) depending on their evaluation by reviewers and the award committee. Student papers will also be considered for student paper awards. All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process:

Final Submission (Camera-ready version)

The manuscript of the accepted paper must be revised based on the reviewer’s comments and the final version must be submitted by March 26, 2022. The Copyright form are also required and has to be filled out. During final submission, the corresponding author provides a scanned copyright form along with the submission through the paper submission platform.

Presentation at MESROB 2023

Papers are selected either for an oral presentation during the conference or for a poster presentation.

Each accepted paper requires the presenting author to be registered at the conference. Registration must be completed by March 26, 2022, when the paper is submitted in its final form. Each presenting author has the right to present a maximum of 2 papers.

The deadline for Registration fee payment is May 15, 2023.

A selection of presented papers will be invited with extended version for a Special Issue in Machines, an open access journal, Special issue.
