The Fédération Internationale des Sociétés d'Ingénieurs des Techniques
de l'Automobile (FISITA) was founded in Paris in 1948 with the purpose
of bringing engineers from around the world together in a spirit of
cooperation to share ideas and advance the technological development
of the automobile.
FISITA is the umbrella organisation for the national automotive societies
in 37 countries around the world. FISITA's mission is to help create
efficient, affordable, safe and sustainable automotive transportation,
by providing a global forum for dialogue between engineers, industry,
government, academia, environmental and standards organisations.
FISITA provides a platform for the world's automotive engineers to share
knowledge for the advancement of every aspect of automotive technology
and indicate the future direction of automotive engineering world-wide.
FISITA's member societies and Honorary Committee companies work together
to help create efficient, affordable, safe and sustainable automotive
mobility for the benefit of society.

SIAR is the professional organization of the Romanian automotive engineers,
a corporate body, an independent and non-profit association, active
member of FISITA (Federation Internationale des Societes d’Ingenieurs
des Techniques de l’Automobile) and EAEC (European Automobile Engineers
Cooperation).
The main objectives of SIAR are related to: the development of the automobile
industry, transport technologies and services, supporting the activities
of transporters, suppliers and encouraging young engineers in their
career in the automotive field.
As a member of FISITA and EAEC, SIAR encourages its representatives,
promotes their interests and provides national and international data
and information exchange. |
